mad shopping + old school = FUN friday :)
12:36 a.m. - march 8th 2003

Today was a great day. It was fairly warm out (for Erie weather anyways) and it just put me in a good mood. Well, that and its a friday and I had off work tonight :)

My school day in general went by really fast.

I took part of my final in spanish today. I think I did okay, not that I really care anyways. I got into college, who cares if I fail spanish? lol.

In physics, me and Shelby made plans to hang out after school. It was so exciting - a full day off with no other obligations. I love it!

So after school I gave Melissa a ride home, we were cruising along and singing to the radio and then right before we get to her house, my car decides to stall out. UGH! Melissa thought it was hilarious and was laughing away. Meanwhile I'm sitting there trying to start it and all these cars are beeping at me (unfortunately we were stalled out at a stop sign!) Finally he started up and I dropped Melissa off.

Around 4, Shelby picked me up and we started on our way for some mad shopping. We went to Rue 21 first and I bought some earrings for my cartilage and a cuuuuute pair of flip flop sandals with ladybugs on them. We went to some more stores and Shelby bought a lot of clothes (I need to save my money for NYC trips) We went to Waldens and I bought 3 magazines. Yes, I am a magazine junkie!

Then it was over to Old Navy and then to Borders where I bought "The Ring" on DVD and I used my gift card and only had to pay $11. Go me! Then we were starving and went to get dinner at Wendy's, while trying to avoid Kate. ha ha. Igor works there too. He waved to me and said "hey". I felt special :) haha.

We had some time to kill before our movie, so we went to Walmart. I had to refrain myself from buying more makeup. I have a bad habit of that. And it needs to stop.

At 7:30 we went over to Tinsletown to see "Old School" Such an awesome movie. It was really funny too! Steph stopped in to visit us and I gave her the brochure on menopause that we picked up for her from walmart. lol.

When the movie ended, Shelby dropped me back off at home. I laid around for awhile and read my magazine, came online and then talked to Stephen when he called. It was so freaky.. I was in my room and pulled out my new DVD to check out the case, and my cellphone rang. My heart literally jumped. You had to have seen "The Ring" to know what I'm talking about though. Stephen thought it was funny.

Wow I'm tired. A bunch of us were supposed to hang out tonight, but plans fell through. I'm kinda glad though cause I work at 11 tomorrow and I need some sleep. So hopefully we'll all get to hang out tomorrow night.

goodnight kids.
