This morning I woke up a very tired person, but you'll have that. I called Jackie and we decided to hang out, so we made plans.
Then I ventured into my room and rummaged through my closet to find 3 outfits for my senior pictures. eek, I'm a procrastinator. But I decided upon the outfits I wanted, then I started doing my makeup and hair. My makeup was successful..but my hair sucks. It really does. I wish I could do more with it, but it's so thin it gets all nappy. sigh. Or maybe I just wish I had some hair and makeup artists at hand 24/7 :)
After that whole ordeal, me and mom headed up to Jostens Studios. The whole process was rather fun, I kinda felt like a star at a photo shoot (riiiight.) The guy was real nice and took tons of poses, I think my favorite of the indoors will be the ones where I'm in the directors chair. Hey, its my destiny! lol.
Then we went outside and took a bunch out there, I almost got stung on the swing picture. yikes. Welcome infection! Finally he let me go at like 1:00..I was supposed to get Jackie at 12:45, and our movie started at 1:10. So I raced and got here, we made it just in time. We ended up seeing "Swimfan"..it's a good movie, very short and with a psycho chick, but its still good.
After the movie we went to Wendys to get some grub, and then I dropped her off at work.
Then I myself had to be at work by 5:30. It sucked. Mark was there to keep me amused though, quote of the night.. "people..should just die" - me, followed by Mark laughing his arse off. Great times.
I got out at 10:15 after bribing Mindy with letting her borrow a dvd..hee hee. So I came home and got ready to leave again. At 11, I left to get Steve and Katie. Then we went to Rolling Meadows and waited for Chris (my homecoming date that I had never met) we kept ourselves amused by taking pictures, there shall be a funny one of me and Steves butts. lol. Then Steven kept us amused by acting gay, and he's quite convincing.
Finally Chris showed up, and we got introduced. He's a cute kid, very shy though. Then we discovered that the bowling alley we were at didnt have glow bowling, so we went to another one.
Bowling turned out to be fun. Needless to say I suck at it, but I still had fun. Me and Chris talked, can't say we hit it off, but you never know. Like Katie said "Sparks might fly after HC" so we'll see. Its so weird though, cause I think I still like Steve, and I shouldnt. grrrrr...Me and Steve had a lot in common, and Katie and Chris have a lot in common, but Chris is closer to my age (he's 19) and Katie and Steve are close in age. sigh.
Around 2:15 we left, and we headed over to drop Steve off..I managed to hit every bump along the way cause Katie had a full bladder and it was funny. lol. Then we came home, and she was supposed to sleep over but she got in trouble for being late. oh well.
Now I'm off to sleep cause I have work tomorrow at 11. yikes. And I have a dirty uniform..whatever shall I do...
