a walk down memory lane
10:29 p.m. - march 8th 2002

Almost my entire saturday was spent at work. Lovely eh?

ugh. I guess it wasn't too bad. At least I won't mind it when I open my next paycheck. heh heh.

So yea. Amanda made a funny point - she was like, "Don't you feel that since we've been working together all day, we've sort of bonded and JFo and Taryn are the outsiders??" I was laughing. By this comment, she was referring to the fact that we were going back and forth and counting how many times JFo mentioned Josh or talked about him. The ending tally was 25. yeesh!

I got to leave at 5. Six total hours.

Then I called my aunts house and asked if I could borrow some of their Disney movies for psych class on monday. We are going to watch the subliminal messages in them and if we bring in the movies we get bonus points. Score! So far I have "The Little Mermaid" and "Aladdin" to bring in. I'm hoping I can borrow the other 3 from my parents friends. I need all the bonus I can get!

I think I might watch "The Little Mermaid" sometime before I give it back. I haven't seen that movie in forever and I used to love it. I used to pretend I was Ariel. Was I pathetic or what?? haha. Yea, I also pretended I was Swift. You know, that fox from "David the Gnome?" Oh, to be a kid again.

Since we are taking a trip down memory lane here - I'll reminisce on another embarrassing story about myself. When I was about 3 1/2 years old, I was grocery shopping with my sister (who was about 8) and my mom (who was about 8 months pregnant with my brother!) and I was sitting on the bottom of the cart and pushing my hands on the ground pretending to be Gus (some horse from a movie I loved) and I thought I was pulling the cart. Well, somehow my little fingers got pulled into the wheel of the cart and my left thumb got crushed. I started screaming and my mom was running around like a mad man carrying me trying to find help and my thumb was gushing blood. Eventually I got it taken care of. Point of this story was to show how much I loved to pretend as a kid. haha.

Okay now I'm babbling. Hopefully I'm gonna hang out wit some friends tonight. I need another gut busting, cant breathe type laugh fest. Laughing does the body good :)

night kids!
