This morning I reluctantly got myself out of bed and left the house by 7 o'clock so I could take the little Renze's to school. Heck, it's only 15 minutes earlier than I normally leave, and I'm getting $30 for three days of chauffering. Wee-heee.
The rest of the day dragged on. I got a bit of a nap in accounting, then we had to listen to good old Mr. Martin ramble on about colleges, in english class. I'm sorry but I've come the conclusion that I wanna stay in high school forever, no growing up for me. The rest of that class was spent passing notes back and forth between Kim, I was writing stories for her to use as her senior directory deal. I don't think she liked the idea of marrying Chunks in the Krispy Kreme factory and having little chunks along the way...hee hee.
Last period was yet another crazy episode of physics. The teacher is still out, so of course no one listens or respects the substitutes. Nick walked out at 1:50. It was pretty funny.
On the way home me and Katie stopped at Eckerds to pick up my pictures. They turned out quite good, so I'm pleased. The one of me & Steve is funny, and just goes to prove I have the bigger butt. sigh. lol.
Work sucked balls. I worked with my 2 bosses for 1.5 hours. Not fun. Kim and Tabitha came to visit me though. Beth let me decorate cupcakes cause I did a good job on all her other crap jobs she wanted me to do. Only problem is, now I have multi-colored hands. Ah well.
Raced home from work and went to tap class. bleh. I want jazz twice a week thank you very much. Thankfully that ended at 8.
I went across the street to pick up Kim and Tabitha and we made our way up to the mall. My hunt for homecoming dresses has officially begun!
This year I'm actually taking the time to pick out a dress, and accessories and what not cause I have a date. Last year I went with friends and threw my outfit together in like an hour. My hair still looked cute though. Dude, I'm excited for prom already!
So anyways, we went to a couple stores cause we only had 40 minutes. Kaufmanns had ugly dresses. Apparently the new style is a jumpsuit type deal, um.. no thanks. I found a dress I like at JC Penneys. It's pretty simple, and its maroon. Surprisingly I look good in that color. But I'm gonna look at some more places and explore more options before I just go and buy the first dress I try on. Then the mall was about to close, so we headed out. I bought a drum of pop (literally) cause I was so thirsty. Kim bought a pretzel that was really yummy, me and Tabitha ended up eating most of it. lol.
Then I dropped them off and came home. We are gonna go shopping some more tomorrow. I'm starting to LIKE looking for dresses..lol.
