So yesterday turned out to be a great day off. I got up around 10. I wish I could have slept longer but for some reason I can never sleep in on a first day off or saturday mornings. My body is adjusted to getting up early all week for school.
I called Katie and we finalized our plans for the afternoon. I went to her house around noon and we headed out. We went to Fazoli's for lunch. mmm. That place rocks. I got my usual spaghetti and caesar salad. The breadstick lady was really annoying and kept coming by and offering us breadsticks like every 2 minutes. You can only eat so many breadsticks!
After lunch we had about a half hour so we went to visit Steve. Or rather, Katie did. It was her idea. I didn't wanna see him so I stayed in the car and cleaned underneath my cell phone plate. It was getting all dusty and gross. But now it's clean :)
Eventually Katie came back to the car and we went to the movie. We ended up seeing "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" and omg I loved it. Why can't there be guys or romance like that in REAL life. god damn. And wow, Matthew McConahey (sp?) is yowza, gorgeous.
After the movie ended we headed home and I finished watching "White Oleander" then left for work.
I was prepared to be bored and busy all night but it wasn't bad at all. It was a fun crew. Me, Claire, Amanda and Kelly all put our hair in side ponytails and turned it into an 80s night. helll yea! And Kelly told me her story about how she grinded with a midget the previous night at a college bar in Baldwin Wallace. Midgets crack me up.
After work, Kim and Cara came over to spend the night. For awhile we chilled in my room and looked at all my old pictures. Then we got hungry and went to Taki's. Good breakfast.
Then we came home and me and Cara went online for a little bit. Kimbo crashed on the futon. We tried waking her up to have her go to my room. Then me and Cara kept bugging her while she slept and we brought out the video camera and taped her. Eventually she got really mad and sat up and swung at Cara and I got it on tape. It's the funniest thing! Then we got bored, put the camera away and went to sleep.
All in all it was a great day off!
